Q. I just booked a quote with Aqua Blinds and Screens, what can I expect?

A. Thank you for booking a quote with Aqua Blinds and Screens. During your appointment, our technicians will help discuss the best solutions for your needs, and answer any questions or queries you may have. Our technicians also carry a range of fabric swatches and miniature models to help visualise your desired outcome. From there, our technicians will work with you to select your favourite colours and fabrics and finally will complete the appointment with a free onsite measure.
Upon completion of this initial appointment, our technicians will send the measurements and your choices to our office where a quote will be sent to you and you may decide if you would like to go ahead with our services.

Q. I just completed my quote with your technicians and I would like to go ahead with your services, how do I proceed?

A. Thank you for choosing to continue with Aqua Blinds and Screens. Our process upon completing the initial appointment is to request a deposit and after it has been received, our office will send you an invoice with the deposit applied.

Do be sure to get in contact with our office on: 1300 765 161 to discuss the next steps and book your installation appointment. While our office may request your quote number during this phone call, you may alternatively provide our office with either your phone number or full name so we may review the details of your initial appointment with our technicians.

Q. I just booked an installation with Aqua Blinds and Screens, what can I expect?

A. Thank you for booking an installation with Aqua Blinds and Screens. We will be in contact with you one week before your installation date to confirm the time of installation. During the installation appointment, our technicians will be sure to remove and take away any old window furnishings, and clean up after themselves.

Q. How do I know my products will be correctly installed?

A. All of our products are installed by a certified QBC licensee.

Q. When is payment required?

A. The remaining balance of the invoice is required on the day of installation. Upon payment, our office will send you a $0.00 balance invoice. Please keep this $0.00 invoice as reference for your warranty.

Q. Are my products under warranty?

A. Yes! However, different lengths of warranty will apply for different products. Please call our office on 1300 765 161 for further information on our warranty policy.

Q. Is your machinery for sale?

A. No. While we thank you for taking an interest in our machinery, it is unfortunately not for sale.
